The arch.
Our own arch of flowers comes with the bar, so it doubles as your photo spot, with a gold mirror and a sign with your event's name and date.

For baby showers, a rattan stroller arrives full of soft blooms beside the bar.

How it works

Pick a palette.
Choose one of our seasonal palettes, or we match the colors on your invitation.

We set up.
The bar and its arch need a space about 6 by 8 feet. Setup takes about 45 minutes, indoors or under cover.

Guests choose.
Each guest picks stems from the drawers. They build a bouquet, or we make a piece on them in a few minutes.

A keepsake to keep.
Every piece goes home in a small box with a stem card and a pressed petal from your palette.

A cocktail ring of tiny blooms, made in front of you on an adjustable band. It's the one people photograph.

Our most special piece. Made ahead for the guest of honor, or as an upgrade.
Most pieces are made with long-lasting and dried stems, so they still look lovely when they dry at home.
The Petal Art Table
Make art with flowers.
Guests choose their own pressed flowers and fill one of our illustrated templates: a little dress, a stroller, a birthday crown, fairy wings. Then they frame it to take home. It's our favorite for kids, because there's no wire and nothing sharp.
$30 per guest, frame included.
Gold floating-glass frames are $10 more.

The Engagement
Planning a proposal? Tell us the date and the place, and we'll take care of the flowers. We set up our arch of blooms where you choose, in a backyard, a garden or a quiet spot in Los Gatos, then step out of sight. You just bring the ring.

Watering can favors
Mini watering cans filled with a little posy in your palette, each with a tag for your event's name and date. Choose fresh blooms for the day, or a keepsake posy of dried flowers that lasts for months.
$22 each, minimum 12. $18 each with any package.
Custom seed packets
Seed packets printed with your event, or the guest of honor's name, and a watercolor flower in your palette. Filled with California wildflower seeds, like poppies and lupine, so every guest plants a little piece of the day. Or use them as name cards: one guest's name on each packet marks their seat and goes home as the favor. Send us your guest list and we print the rest.
$5 each with your event printed, minimum 24. $7 each as name cards. Tuck one into each watering can favor for $3 more.

The Seed Library
Your seating chart, in our drawers. Guests open a drawer of our painted chest to find their seed packet, their table and a little note. They take it to their seat, then plant it at home.
$175, plus name-card seed packets.
Travel is included within 15 miles of Los Gatos. Sales tax is added at checkout.
Founding hosts
We're new to the South Bay. Our first three hosts get a founding price of $350 for up to 10 guests. In return we ask for an honest review and permission to share photos of the flowers.

- At kids' parties, children choose and we make. No wire or scissors in small hands.
- We never use lilies, lily of the valley, foxglove, oleander or hydrangea.
- No berries or beads at events with toddlers.
- Tell us about pets and allergies and we'll plan around them.
- We only photograph the flowers. Never children, unless a parent asks us to in writing.
Good to know
- Serving Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Campbell, Willow Glen, Cupertino, Los Altos and nearby.
- A $100 refundable deposit holds your date while we plan together.
- To book, a 50% retainer confirms your date. The balance and final guest count are due 14 days before.
- Cancel more than 30 days before and we refund your retainer. Inside 30 days, we move it to a new date within 6 months instead.
- You can move your date once at no charge.
- Outdoor events need shade or cover. If the weather turns, we set up indoors or move your date.
- Book 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Spring weekends fill 6 to 8 weeks out.

How much does it cost?
Packages start at $750 for up to 12 guests. Most showers of about 20 guests are $1,200. Every package includes setup, a maker at the bar, the flowers, keepsake boxes and cleanup.
Can guests choose their own flowers?
Yes. You pick the palette, or send us your invitation and we match it. Then each guest chooses their own stems from the drawers.
How long do the flowers last?
We use long-lasting blooms and dried stems, so pieces look fresh all party. Most dry beautifully at home, and every box includes a card on how to keep them.
Is it OK for kids?
Yes. Kids choose and we make, so there's no wire or scissors in small hands. The Petal Art Table is our favorite for younger guests.
What do you need from me?
A space about 6 by 8 feet, indoors or under cover, close to where we can park and unload. An outlet nearby helps if you add the Bloom Booth.
Can you match my colors or theme?
Yes. Send a photo of your invitation, your nursery or your dress and we'll build the palette around it. If a flower is out of season, we pick the closest match and tell you first.
What about allergies?
Tell us which flowers to leave out. We keep scent light by default and never use flowers that are toxic to kids or pets.
Where do you travel?
Travel is included within 15 miles of Los Gatos. We go further for a small fee, so just ask.
Is there a minimum?
Our smallest package covers up to 12 guests. For fewer, ask about a founding date.
Do you photograph guests?
We only photograph the flowers. Never children, unless a parent asks us to in writing. Bloom Booth galleries are private and deleted after 30 days.
