Where we bring the bloom bar
We're based in Los Gatos and bring the bloom bar to homes, gardens and event spaces across the South Bay. Travel is included within 15 miles of Los Gatos. We go further for a small fee, so just ask. Wherever you are, we need a space about 6 by 8 feet, indoors or under cover, close to where we can park and unload.
Below is a short note on each town we visit most often. If yours isn't listed, send us your town with your request. We reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner, and we'll tell you right away whether travel is included. We never share your address, and we only use it to plan your setup.
Los Gatos
Home base. Whether your party is in a garden near downtown or a hillside backyard with a view, we're close by, which makes early setups and summer afternoons easy to plan. Tell us about steps or a steep driveway so we can bring the right cart. Being close also means we can bring a crown made ahead the morning of your party, still cool and fresh.
Saratoga
Saratoga's gardens and patios suit the bar beautifully, especially for a spring shower. On a warm day, a shaded corner under a tree or a covered patio keeps the flowers fresh for the whole party.
Monte Sereno
Monte Sereno sits right next to Los Gatos, so travel is quick. Its quiet residential streets make it a natural fit for a backyard proposal or a small shower at home.
Campbell
From a backyard birthday to a party room, Campbell is an easy drive from Los Gatos. If you're hosting in a shared space, check that we can set up 45 minutes before guests arrive, and that there's somewhere nearby to park and unload. A covered patio or a bright indoor room both work well.
Willow Glen and San Jose
Willow Glen's tree-lined streets and older homes are made for a garden party. We also travel across San Jose; if you're toward the edge of our 15 miles, send us the address and we'll confirm travel before you book.
Cupertino
Cupertino families often host at home or in a community room. Indoors works perfectly for the bar, and the Petal Art Table fits on any table for a kids' party.
Los Altos
Los Altos sits near the edge of our travel area. Send us the address with your request and we'll tell you right away whether travel is included or what the small fee would be.
Travel is included within 15 miles of Los Gatos. Packages from $750 for up to 12 guests.
